Our heavily promotional company has mailed tens of millions of pieces of mail with ADM. We've not a significant complaint from our 12-years association.
More than that, we've been the beneficiary. ADM has provided us literature specs and design suggestions, mailing requirements updates, free pick-up and delivery 'tween necessary points, technology sophisticated enough to handle our increasing demands, quick-fix and planned printing, and daily attention to our account and campaigns, not to mention enhancements we've declined.
I could put it this way: if we paid more we couldn't get any more, and if we paid less we'd be lucky to get as much.
